August 2024 Hobonichi
My “daily” drawing pages from August! In August I thought about cutting my hair (and eventually followed through), saw The Boy and the Heron (loved it), watched old Simpsons episodes (very funny, but the heartfelt moments are the best), and saw Cats for a second time (and outdoors, in the pouring rain… hooray for ponchos). Boo also ate some blueberries right off a bush, the scavenger!

Kobe Portrait
I picked up oil paints for the first time in a couple years and painted my friend’s very handsome boy, Kobe. Who so perfectly matches their rug. Perhaps more pets on carpets will be in the future ✨
